Beware of 'Cheap' Coffee Suppliers

GoCoffee has gone into administration leaving many of its 'customers' in the lurch.

Over the last 6 Months, many coffee suppliers in the UK have suffered a similar fate and the trend of the type of business that cannot fight these tough economic times has become apparant. The companies that have out of desperation sold their products at absolute minimal margin, well below recommended prices have suffered more than the professional companies that ensure they make a modest margin while still being competative.

It may appear more benificial for a potential customer buy to purchase as 'cheaply' (we hate that word) as possible but this can prove to be faulse economy if the supplier cannot afford to run their business, go into administration and then can no longer service their customers. We have noticed that it's mainly new companies that adopt this strategy and we have seen so many come and go, leaving customers out of pocket. Some have even been taking payment for products with no intention to supply.

We recommend you beware of what looks like unbelievable prices particularly if most other suppliers are higher. No one can survive on selling products at trade prices for long.
